We work to process and ship every RegroLux order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Order processing: usually within 24–48 hours

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Every order is carefully packed, and you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a little time for the first tracking scan to appear.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@regrolux.com as soon as possible so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or doesn't look right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and our team will help put it right.
